In celebration of Small Business Month, we’re partnering with Madjax Maker Force and the Innovation Connector to bring our Chamber members an educational workshop designed to help entrepreneurs, small business owners, and sales leaders strengthen their pricing strategies to drive growth and profitability.

Participants will learn how to analyze market trends and customer behavior, develop pricing strategies that balance competitiveness with profitability, and refine existing pricing models to increase revenue while maintaining customer value. The session will also explore how businesses can adapt pricing in response to market shifts, inflation, and competitor activity.

Drawing from real-world experience across automotive sales, small business ownership, and manufacturing operations, this workshop will provide practical strategies and insights that participants can apply immediately to their own businesses.

Frank Scott II is an entrepreneurial leader and Executive Director of the Muncie Innovation Connector, with 20+ years of experience in automotive sales, manufacturing, and small business ownership. He helps entrepreneurs and business owners develop pricing strategies that drive revenue, attract customers, and support sustainable growth.
