Description

Academy for Community Leadership (ACL) is a ten-week leadership development program presented by the Greater Muncie Chamber of Commerce and Ball State University’s Office of Community Engagement. For 50 years, ACL has helped develop community leaders, promote Muncie-Delaware County, and provide valuable networking opportunities for participants.

Over the course of ten weekly sessions, participants will enjoy an engaging and interactive experience that provides an inside look at our community’s history, government, health care, education, cultural awareness, and more. Participants will hear from local leaders across a variety of industries, connect with fellow classmates and community members, and take part in a community service project.

ACL is designed to further develop professional talent, strengthen civic leadership, and build connections among the leaders who help shape our community.
